my husband MSG what???

So yea hoping the rumors are true... my husband is up for a promotion to E-8 this year and rumor is he made this list with a very low sequence # (Which means he will pin on quick) I hope anyway! The army has been good to us and this is a great milestone in his career!! He has only been in 14 years and he is only 33 so to get this is BIG!!! Not to mention the pay will go up*whoow* baby $$...lol I say that cause we will be TTC this year and need all the xtra funds we can get. Baby stuff is so gosh darn expensive I priced stollers and cribs and OMG its crazy! so I think we are gonna use a crib given to us and just buy a dresser and changing table to match and I think my friend has a old matress I can have! We will take any and all donations for baby stuff I have no shame in used stuff and its a big plus if we have a girl! She can use all my nieces stuff:) But dont get me wrong we will be buying things cause it will be our first so we need EVERYTHING!!! Hubby just needs to get his booty home so we can celebrate his promotion and start the baby makin ;)

a cool breezy 73 degrees here windows open yet again, what did we do to deserve this weather on December 9th?? It was a lonley anxious rainy night last night and that sucked so maybe thats why, I needed this day sooo bad probably the last warmth of the fall!! Iwalked my puppy's for atleast an hour (zune turned up loudly of course) if you dont know what a zune is then u succcckkkk!! they rock and mine is pink:) anyway finally got the call from the dr's today and they scheduled my surgery for tuesday and just like the army "last minute"...somehow I knew they would do that to me less than a weeks notice...thats the army hospitals for you heck thats the army for you,they gave us barely a month to pack up our first apartment and move (back in 03)...but I cant complain the army has been good to us! Back to the surgery so its tuesday and im freaking out I hate being put under(its minor) and out patient but still hate doing these things with out my husband here. I guess I didnt explain in the other blog but he is in OEF ( operation enduring freedom) in afghanistan. This is his 3rd tour and the hardest for me. I have not figured out yet why this one is so hard of the three??? But we are toughing it out!!! oh and I have to go to court this month....silly me forgot to update my car registration in all this moving/deployment/surgery madness so I got a ticket. Totally wasnt because of money issues I just forgot errrrr!!! So post op friday, surgery tuesday, court friday then babysitting friday as well(hey girls gotta make $$) yes crazy month here in the Hatfield house. Once this month/year is over I will be less stressed and ready for R&R (rest and relaxation) if someone didnt know!!! Sooooooo ready for 2010 and all the changes in store for us, may Christmas be joyful *as it can be*and the next 22 days fly by:) I love you my soldier and miss you <3

12:25 am~cool breezy night windows open...so here I sit blogging on my green laptop thinking about this crazy year and that i've spent almost half of it alone, and im not handling it too well... and Christmas is weeks away. I originally refused to decorate our big new house for the holidays but that would make it even more sucky so tree's up lit pretty with twinkly lights(the kind with many different settings) and will be trimmed this weekend! wreaths up on my front door along with other deco out front... I sure hope this helps! Anything to help this year go by faster!! So yea excuse me for not being in the best spirits these days...lots of holidays alone are not fun and oh yea my birthday eeerrrr why did I remind myself!! Just venting on here be it good,bad or ugly!! and sorry in advance for the ugly...lol!!!
